Search engine optimization is a complex web of information. Everyone believes that they have the best system. The best way to get your site to the top of the search engine. Google, Yahoo, and Bing all change their algorithms continuously. So what might work today may not work tomorrow.

However there are a few basic fundamentals of search engine optimization that doesn’t change.  Knowing that you should know what tools you will need to get it done. Ready to start making the top 5 of the search engines!

Here are the tools that you will need to successfully launch a SEO campaign: Must have SEO Tools

- Back Link Service

Back links are the bread & butter of search engine optimization. The more you have the better. The more relevant the links the better positions you will receive. You want two things from links. Relevance and volume but the first should always come first. You can either get a piece of software to do back linking for you (senuke, backlink pro) or you can do it yourself.

I really don’t suggest doing manual back linking for your system. It’s long and tedious and eventually will frustrate you. I recommend you outsource your back link campaigns. Just check your local webmaster forum or a freelance site to find a reliable servicer.

- Competitors Back Links

Back Link watcher is a great piece of software that allows you to spy on your competition. It allows you to see where there back links are coming from so you can do the same. If not more. There are other services that do the same. I suggest you do a quick Google search and find a way to spy on your competitors keywords, back links, ppc (pay per click) campaigns. The more knowledgeable you are about your competitors the better off you will be. Remember, knowledge is power!

- Keyword Research Tools

There are hundreds of keyword research tools. However I suggest you stick with the free ones until you get the capital to purchase better ones. Free ones do well, but software can do so much more. As always I suggest you do a Google search and see what the latest keyword tools are. Read the reviews and even take a free trial. Always make sure you can use it and know how to use it before buying.

Once you have the right tools your ready to get to work. Well get to it!
